Terms, Conditions, and Warranty

Purchasing

On receipt of a purchase order Miracle Paint will ship to the location indicated on the order at the price schedule in effect at that time. Orders should clearly indicate Miracle and Pacer part numbers, price, preferred shipping method, delivery location and invoice location.

Pricing

Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days.

Freight Terms

All orders are shipped FOB Factory. Claims for freight damage or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer and should be filed direct with the freight carrier.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to shipment unless other terms are agreed upon. Interest will accrue at the rate of 18% per annum on amounts that become past due. Should it become necessary for Miracle Paint Rejuvenator to file suit to enforce payment, applicant agrees to pay court costs, attorney's fees and interest on all amounts found to be due and payable.

Warranty

Miracle Paint will cover all parts and labor warranty costs for 12 months from product shipment on products deemed defective. Improper installation, abuse or damage due to usage not deemed typical will be excluded from coverage.

Returns

No merchandise is to be returned without written authorization from Miracle Paint Rejuvenator. If return is authorized, transportation charges are to be prepaid. A restocking charge for handling, plus a reasonable charge for reconditioning and repacking merchandise will apply. Miracle Paint is not be responsible for any merchandise returned without authorization.

Product Warnings

Each mixer includes an Owner's Manual. Operators must consult their Owner's Manual before installing or operating equipment. Do not use in a Hazardous Environment where dust and flammable vapors are present or mix any flammable materials that have low flash points or are labeled as flammable without using explosion-proof equipment designed specifically for that purpose.
